@roadtoaesthetics: Protein Coffee Cake If you love coffee and you’re truly in a calorie deficit, this recipe, is gonna save your life! 👨‍🍳 Ingredients, 1 batch ✅ Egg Whites, 300ml, 10 fl oz ✅ Instant Coffee, 10-15g ✅ Granulated Sweetener (I use Monkfruit), 1/4 cup, 50g, 1.8oz ✅ Hot Water, 1/4 cup, 60ml, 2 fl oz ✅ Vanilla Protein Powder, 20g, 0.7oz 👉 Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C, 355°F. Add the egg whites to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer for around 5 minutes until stiff peaks form. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the instant coffee, sweetener and hot water until dissolved and slightly thickened. 3. Gently fold the coffee mixture into the whipped egg whites without knocking too much air out. 4. Pour into a lined baking dish or loaf tin and bake for 12 minutes until lightly set on top. Let cool slightly before serving. 5.
