Quiet morning, make your bed, open your windows for fresh air, study with soft music, keep a diary, take care of yourself, clean the room, drink water and just live softly. There is something very soothing about it - in calm routines and learning to enjoy simple moments. I love videos where people read books, calmly cook, clean up their space, walk outside in headphones, sunsets, libraries, cozy outfits, plants and soft natural light. All this is so healing and refreshing that I can't even explain. And I also have a hyperfixation on minimalistic, cosy rooms, warm neutral colors, calm playlists, quiet cafes, night activities, quiet friendships, small daily habits, and generally soft, soothing lifestyles that make everything slower, cleaner, and more meaningful.
