If you already have dark hair and don’t want to bleach I recommend getting dye that specifically says “for dark hair”. Otherwise the result isnt gonna be comparable to the color on the box

It's most likely the colour oxidizing darker to show its working. When you rinse it out it'll be the colour you wanted. 🥰

Hey. Hairstylist here. Typically when “copper” colors develop or oxidize it turns purple. Weird yes. But when you rinse the copper tones come through.
