Hoy toca receta de novio amigas (pasádsela a vuestros churris y que os la preparen, que sabe mucho mejor 😏👌). Os cuento, lo que me ha contado 🍗 para dos muslos: ✔️1 cdta ajo en polvo ✔️1 cdta orégano ✔️1/4 cdta pimienta negra ✔️1/2 cdta comino ✔️1 cdta pimentón ✔️ 1/4 cdta canela ✔️1/4 cdta nuez moscada ✔️ 1 cucharada jugo de limón ✔️ 1 cucharada aceite de oliva ✔️Sal al gusto *Como siempre, si no sois muy de especias, podéis echar solo: ajo, alguna hierba, limón y aceite. Yo alguna vez lo he hecho así y queda riquísimo también. En cuanto a tiempos y temperaturas, Rober me dijo 20 minutos (10 con la piel boca abajo y 10 con la piel boca arriba para que se quede crujientita) a 200º y quedarón perfectos 👏 Espero que os guste 💖#platosaludable #recetastiktok
