@nunnamaryskitchen: Sausage & Mushroom Pasta 🍄🟫 * 400g Pasta of choice * 400g sausage meat * 300g mushrooms, diced small * 3 cloves of garlic, sliced * 1 onion, finely diced * 1 Tbsp butter * 1 Tbsp olive oil * 1/2 cup beef stock * 250ml thickened cream * 3/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated * Salt + pepper * @Its.Olio pasta pronto Method 1. Boil heavily saltwd water and cook pasta until al dente 2. Heat oil in a large frypan at medium-high heat and add sausage meat. Break up and cook until golden brown then remove and set aside leaving the fat in the pan 3. Add butter, onion + mushrooms and cook until golden and caramelised 4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds then return sausage to pan and pour in stock + cream and stir 5. Add parmesan and a splash of pasta water along with the pasta and stir until glossy 6.
