I agree. When I see only crumbs when I put in my cake tester, not crumbs and the smallest amounts of undercooked batter, then I know that I've overcooked it so I need to wrap it to keep it moist.

i thought the "shshsh" sound, it means the cake hasn't been done yet.. but i always bake like that, cause i don't like when the cake looks and taste too dry
