So your advice is to walk in and talk at them before they even ask anything? It just seems quite unnatural. Usually they will ask “tell me about yourself etc” and then you are going to have to repeat yourself. You’ll likely make 1/2 the questions they planned redundant before even starting, I would worry they’d think it is too much

In this job market it’s insane they don’t even start off with tell me about yourself nor even try to understand that you have transferable skills . Went for a staged interview 4 questions and lasted 8 mins . They already had someone in mind ( the rest of the candidates were show and tell ) - the interview process these days are over rated .
