Harçtan parçalar alıp elimizle şekil verip tavaya diziyoruz. Üzerine biraz yağ gezdirip kızartıyoruz. Hafif kızardıktan sonra domates rendesi ve salçayı ekliyoruz. Ardından krema, soya sosu ve baharatları ilave edip birkaç dakika pişiriyoruz. Son olarak üzerine maydanoz serpiyoruz. Ben basmati pilavıyla servis ettim. Afiyet olsun🩷 Ingredients: 600 g chicken breast Salt, black pepper, paprika 1 grated tomato 1 tbsp tomato paste 200 ml heavy cream A splash of soy sauce A handful of fresh parsley Add the chicken breast and the spices to a blender and blend until smooth. Shape the mixture with your hands and place it in a pan. Drizzle with a little oil and cook until both sides are lightly browned. Add the grated tomato and tomato paste, then pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce. Season with a little more salt, black pepper, and paprika if needed. Cook for a few more minutes, then finish with chopped parsley. I served mine with basmati rice. Enjoy! 🩷 #sudeerdogan #chicken
