Certificate is proof or training and not guarantee for success. Certificate gets you into the door but does not keep you in the room. Without certificate, no one will even consider you.

When I graduated in 2015, I was in high spirits and told myself I would be rich soon. I walked in my neighborhood with my head held high. After a year, no job. Year two, no job. Year three, no job. I applied to every institution in Ghana, but nothing. I later started doing plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and everything you can think of. As I was doing all these, I was still eyeing my dream job and praying for it. Today, God has made it happen.
