I won’t have anyone for mine and it’s so sad. I’m not even telling my mom, just hiring a nurse for a few days. It didn’t even occur to me that other people would have their moms post op, which is so lovely to imagine ❤️

when i told her i wanted one she literally got one first just to make sure the recovery would be bearable for me bc ive never had surgery 🥹🥲

My Mom too🥹🥹 She had a strict medication schedule, sat with me for 3 days straight to keep me company, helped me use the bathroom and shower the whole first week, helped me sit up to get out of bed, helped me change my clothes, took care of my dogs, made me food and brought it to me, made sure I was up walking every few hours, etc. Thankful for our Mom’s🥹

My mom was ready to help - I was so scared to tell her because I was afraid she will judge me, but she was really supportive. Honestly I told her while sitting in Starbucks so she won’t raise her voice in public 😂😂
