He is the one who remixed a nasheed, while giving no indication that it was religious in any way. There are no lyrics available for the song on the internet either so unless Minghao’s team knew someone who spoke arabic, there was no way of being able to learn the meaning of the words in this song. However, I still do agree that Minghao should have not used a song he did not understand the meaning of and could have chosen something else. I hope this did clarify the fact that he did NOT directly take a religious song and remix it. i’m not a minghao bias but i am a carat, i just want to say that spreading hate online in any platform is very wrong. i’m definitely not defending minghao but talking against those who is spreading hates. yes, a lot might have felt sad or angry about what happened or what minghao did. carats are sending multiple emails to pledis about minghao’s action about it and to educate them. please let’s not spread hate, idols are human too, they make mistakes too and the only best way to do is to educate them than to spread hate. Minghao himself is an advocate for UNESCO’s child protection program which includes education of young muslims, he also wore Palestinian Kuffiyeh and was very respectful to muslim fans during fan meetings.
