me and a colleague were in serious burnout and about to quit. On day on a 3am start I walked in, forst thing saod "What are you doing after work? *she replies nothing planned yet* Good! were going pub straight after. I need a drink and we only started 3 minutes ago" We went for a drink and could not run out of work fast enough 😂

My friends always say they prefer it busy. I love the quiet days because I listen to the music, have a chat with a couple of the regulars and just enjoy it. I have a great relationship with my managers as well. so after my shift I'll just sit there and talk to them fer a couple minutes.
