Recipe below: -500g potatoes, peeled, cut into 3mm slices -1/2 cup thickened cream -1/3 cup sour cream -1/2 cup shredded tasty cheese -2 shortcut bacon rashers, cut into 1cm pieces -1 small garlic clove, crushed Place potato in a 3-cup capacity, 6cm-deep, 14cm x 19cm (base size) ovenproof glass dish. Drizzle over 1 tbsp water. Microwave, covered, on high for 5 minutes or until potato is almost tender. Meanwhile, combine thickened cream, sour cream, cheese, bacon and garlic in a jug. Season lightly. Pour cream mixture over potato and cook in air fryer on 160°C for 13-15 minutes or until potato is tender and top is golden.
