I don’t understand why everyone in the comments are not on the cop’s side. Texting and driving is so irresponsible and such a disregard for human life. If you text and drive you are selfish af! It should be treated just like a dui imo.

distracted driving causes alot of accidents that is why it is illegal. cops don't use their laptop while driving and they have a partner many times.
