repost from @rnb_post Civic straight outta Hell "humbled" a GT3 RS. Absolute Civic The Honda Civic EG isn't just an old Japanese economy car. It's a legendary tuning platform. Lightweight chassis, double wishbone suspension, and a ton of parts make it perfect for a swap. The EG was the Civic that made the world realize in the 90s that cars like this can destroy the track. With the right tires, proper suspension, and a built motor, a Civic like this humbles way more powerful cars on track (like that GT3 RS in the example). People usually swap in a K20 or K24 from the famous K-series. These engines literally beg to be banged off the limiter. 9000 rpm is not the limit, and the redline feels like a second wind. The K20A with i-VTEC revs to 8600, and a built K24 easily goes past 9000. They're built to be revved, and the sound up top is a religion of its own. Misha has his own personal "Honda Civic from Hell" with a K24, 315 hp, and 800 kg (the car in the video isn't his). On the Green Hell, he squeezes everything out of this little thing, enjoying every corner. This isn't just a car; it's a philosophy: light weight, angry motor, and endless response. The Civic EG with a K-swap proves you don't need millions to humble supercars. You just need the right approach, a love for the redline, and skilled hands.
