was really good when the first Chef Jiang opened in Farmington,CT, I was thankful and tried several times, but food quality has been on a slide. the 2nd one in New Haven also just so so. please try to provide consistent quality dishes. and reduce the amount of oil!!! hope this 3rd one can be a surprise 😎
