Saying 100-200 and then using the 200 on the graph is so disingenuous, just average it to 150 at that point. also you kept using absolutes in your argument to make the math easier when in reality crime still happens outside those populations, so you also ended up underrepresenting the numbers for Albanian and Afghans.

You also forgot to mention that "arrest" isn't the same a "conviction". People can be arrested on "suspicion" or "fitting the description" and then released, but the data is still recorded.
