You also forgot to mention that "arrest" isn't the same a "conviction". People can be arrested on "suspicion" or "fitting the description" and then released, but the data is still recorded.

I always distrust raw percentage statistics because it is almost never the full story and a lot of people won't put the effort into understanding the underlying issues

What the hell is that logic? Albanians are younger and therefore more likely to commit crime therefore we match it up against young brits? Brother if a group of people has a lot of factors which make them more likely to commit crime, that’s not the fault of the stats. Also saying between ‘100-200K’ (which is already an insane margin and then matching up the bar with the Albanians is so obviously disingenuous it’s not even funny.
