Since she was a minor, it was her parents responsibility to report any blackouts to the bmv. They should be held accountable also for the deaths of Dom and Davion! So yea approve the appeal!

So the defense lawyer was told the truth by the defendant, he realised he was pushing shit up hill, and wasn’t willing to tarnish himself and his reputation. The prosecution knew the truth… Clean cut, case closed. The defense lawyer didn’t fight as he knew the truth. Simple as that.

They had a zillion attorney choices. Just in the state of Ohio. They hired him. The fact anyone thinks she had a medical emergency is crazy. If she did black out maybe she was using something. Maybe alleged bulimia. ?
