@kelly_boesch_ai_art: I wrote this song about the kind of love that feels less like peace and more like a beautiful addiction. The relationships that pull you under so deeply you mistake intensity for connection. Where tenderness and damage somehow exist in the same breath. Some loves feel calm and steady, while others consume you completely, leaving traces of themselves in every room, every street, every quiet moment. I’ve watched people I care about lose themselves inside relationships like this, and when I was younger, I knew that feeling too. There’s something about growing older that changes your relationship to chaos. You begin to recognize the difference between being loved and being emotionally undone. “It's Unusual” lives in that space between longing and comfort, devotion and decay. Where love is messy, haunting, and impossible to fully let go of. As usual I prefer an abstract video to accompany my songs.
