Hah see season 1 was not written by holly jackson the author which you can really tell whereas season 2 was and it was absolutely perfect and so book accurate

i HATEDDD the 1st season, i felt like the start was so slow while the ending felt rushed. i remembered do many scenes from the book so well that i noticed when they were missing. maybe its because i had such high expectations bc i LOVED the books but the series didnt hit for me :(

I think it isn’t a good adaptation. Ant isn’t even there and Jamie was never in a band. Kill joy was also included in the second season and a) Ravi wasn’t there b) Zach and ant (Anthony) weren’t there. Pieces of the 3rd book are also included wich is a bit annoying ,because they could have put those scenes in the 3rd season. Emma myers is a great actor ,but the whole series could have been made better. I prefer the books. That’s my opinion.
