Sometimes asking for help means saying, “I cannot do this part alone anymore.” Sometimes it means calling the family together. Sometimes it means asking what resources are available. Sometimes it means finally admitting, “This is becoming too much for one person.” That is not failure. Because when you carry the whole tray long enough, eventually something spills—and too often, the caregiver is the one who gets lost in the cleanup. So yes, caregiver… You can set the tray down.
