I’m upset that the new formula has cetyl alcohol. I looked and a new and old bottle and compared the ingredients bc my hair feels gross now. Old formula didn’t have the alcohols.

hate the rebrand <3 after much trial & error i started using hask 3-4 years ago and it was amazing. now my hair feels greasy and heavy 2 days after a wash and i typically could go a week - 2 weeks without needing to shampoo!

I just compared the ingredients list from the old bottle and the new bottle. Both were the Argan Oil shampoo. The ingredients are different

The new packaging is nice, but I dislike the scent had changed entirely on the Thickening Biotin+Collagen product. As a lifelong customer who was already struggling to get used to the last update with the coffee scent, this updated scent is now entirely different and sweet-like, which isn’t my favorite anymore 💔💔💔
