I think all the people who disliked this movie in these comments are confused on the goal of this film. The movie is like a comment on the political state of America that’s based in realism and possibility. It’s not meant to be a full on universe where they flesh out each faction and have different characters and shit, that would make the movie less of a statement and more of just another war movie ifykwim. They focused on the message they’re sending and made sure not to distract us by using journalists, if they had used soldiers it wouldn’t have the same effect.

I watched this and after hearing all the hate on it I couldn't have disagreed more, I will forever defend and love this movie because it hits hard for me and its just cool as hell? who could ever hate this film simply because some parts arent realistic.

I have 2020 following list :
1 think I hate abt this movie and its story in the beginning lee told Jessie to get a Kevlar vest to protect herself from bullets it was like lowky a scene that stood out cause it was right after the suicide bomber but it’s crazy they’d end the show with Lee dying with a bullet proof vest after having her say that in the beginning of the movie I feel like it was a rushed ending and could have been played out a lot longer tbh I wish the whole movie was longer great movie but we don’t have many films similar to this vibe so
