@ramsclosetcritique: Becoming your “true self” usually doesn’t feel like suddenly turning into a different person. For most people, it feels more like slowly stopping the performance. Some common experiences people describe are: Feeling less exhausted around others because you’re not constantly editing yourself to fit in Caring less about fitting an image and more about whether your choices actually feel right to you. Noticing your real interests, values, humor, style, or goals becoming clearer. Feeling more grounded even when life is messy because you’re acting in alignment with what matters to you. Becoming more comfortable saying “no” without feeling guilty all the time. Realizing you don’t need to win everyone’s approval to feel okay. I feel all work for me What are your taught too???
