Totally did it on purpose. I’m a quality manager if your iso certified you have to have your calibrations yearly. They were zeroing their scale(s) to weight heavier. Each production line probably has 1 to 2 scales. Plus they have pallets n have to weigh the pallets to ship. No way they didn’t notice or purposely knew.
