1. Devotion 2. Eat proper nutritional food / real food 3. Eat 10% crap = no heavy cravings 4. WALK 5. Hedge yourself (make sure you’re armoured against all those low nutrients foods in the streets) 6. Everyday is easier than some days. For eg: walking everyday.

“Devotion beats discipline” — wow. That word hit differently. Discipline can sometimes feel forced, but devotion feels rooted in love, purpose, and care for yourself. First one is so true, I lost weight ONLY when I found physical activity I loved so much I could do it for hours every day. I didn’t have to discipline myself into doing it because every opportunity to do it made me happy. Now I realise it was devotion, after six years I’m still not disciplined, I just found my thing and I still do it almost every day
