I am almost 58 years old and I have never heard about rolling butter in flour. Love it! Because when I try to just add flour on its own, it creates lumps no matter how much I whisk it. Definitely going to try that!!!

This looks amazing! Trying it tonight. Can you please show us Chicken Scarpariello ? Can't get that anywhere in the Boston area had it in Florida and I'm obsessed. Not a lot of recipes out there that know how to do it right.
