@caoileannconway: Why are you always starving by 11am? 👀 It’s an easy fix, but you need to know why it’s happening to fix it Most breakfast options are based on carbs (which we love) but unless we actively add the protein in there, it ends up just giving us a blood sugar spike followed by the crash that leaves you starving We want to aim for balance at every meal including 3 key components: 1. complex carb  2. protein  3. fibre I’ve given you some options you can start using straight away to help, including my favourite @Yoplait_ire Skyr!! It’s naturally high in protein and 0% fat so is the perfect base to keep you nice & full all morning 🙌🏻  200g of Yoplait Skyr gets you 19g protein by itself, before we even add the toppings 🤩 Save this for tomorrow morning & let me know if you need help changing up your breakfast to set up for the day👏🏻 AD #breakfast #highproteinbreakfast
