Pilates is NOT done with socks. It is important for the instructor to see your toes . But yet again no one is actually doing true Pilates lately.

This is probably not going to be a popular opinion, but I feel the same way about filming as I do about instructors and owners constantly taking videos and photos during class. I know for the owners it’s their business and they can do whatever the hell they want, but I actually hate going to a class and having a camera of any kind in my face every two minutes. It’s weird and distracting.
