I use tretinoin 3 nights a week, azelaic acid the opposite 3 nights a week, and Paula choice mandelic and lactic acid liquid exfoliate 1 night a week and it’s perfect! I use other things along side them but these are the holy grails!

I disagree with adding an additional exfoliant if you're using azelaic acid and tretinoin daily. I think adding an additional exfoliating agent would disrupt my skin barrier. 🤔

buat ciwi ciwi indo jangan exfo pas pake tretinoin ya 🤣 soalnya tretinoin di kita udh ada kandungan exfo nya. jd kalo kita nekat exfo nantinya malah over exfo dan bikin skin barrier tambah rusyakkkkkkk. jd fokus aja di tretinoin dulu, aplg yg baru mulai. kalo udh jalan 1-2 tahun dan penggunaan hariannya lebih terkontrol baru bisa exfo itupun sekali dalam 1-2 minggu aja.

Take some time to learn about sunscreen ingredients and figure out what works best for your skin type and concerns. Also, try cutting back on hot mat Pilates.
