I follow your “full set of laundry every single day” rule and it’s made such a difference!!! I grab the kids clothes and put clothes from the day wash dry and put it all away. No more laundry piles!

This reminds me of the time I did an experiment with my daughter who was a teenager at the time. We have a timer on our ceiling fan so we wouldn’t hit the button. It tells us we have one minute before the light goes out. So we had that button and did stuff until the light went off. It’s amazing when you have a happy heart the amount of things that you can get done. And it’s interesting when you don’t have a happy heart you don’t get as much stuff done.

can you make a video talking about the counter catch alls. when we dont know where to put something it ends up on the dining table because it's a surface. i clean it up and it literally lasts 10 mins? is there a basket method for that too? 😅

i love this. i have me/cfs so I give myself much more grace, but you can get more done than you think in a short time. I try to get ten minutes done a day, more if I have more energy. and if you're super far behind and know anyone willing to help you catch up, once everything is caught up with it's easier to just do a little bit a day. not everyone with me/cfs can clean at all so this doesn't apply to everyone but :))
