BROWNIE BATTER: 10 tbsp butter 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 cup sugar Splash vanilla extract 2 eggs 1/4 cup cocoa powder Pinch salt 3/4 cup all purpose flour COOKIE DOUGH: 6 tbsp softened butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar Splash vanilla 1 egg 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup + 1 tbsp all purpose flour 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 2 graham crackers, broken into pieces 8 marshmallows . Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl add the butter and chocolate chips and melt until smooth. Whisk in the sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Fold together until smooth. Chill in the fridge. For the cookie dough, in a medium bowl cream together the butter and brown and white sugars. Add vanilla and egg. Mix in the baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix in the semisweet chocolate chips. In an 8x8 greased and parchment lined square pan, add alternating scoops of the brownie batter and cookie dough. Stick the pieces of broken graham cracker and marshmallows into the surface of the brookies. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove tin foil and continue to bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the brownie is just baked through and the cookie & marshmallows are golden brown.
