Grief. Many ancient sages have said you die a thousand deaths. Once you really work to change, There’s a genuine sense of abandonment once in a while: there is old circuitry , old pathways you thought would certainly be walking forever. It’s extremely odd the first few times but less and less as the years go by

Yup, as I woke up and went vegan since 2012 then got sober 2022 , I noticed I’m more conscious every year and I did a lot of crying throughout my first years realizing how unconscious I was before .💜
