@triggtube: F is for Fry Bread with Chef Pyet DeSpain This recipe is the perfect example of how food tells a story. From the ingredients, to the techniques, to the people who love eating/sharing it, fry bread is truly special. Recipe: 155g AP Flour 5g Baking Powder 1g Salt 135g Buttermilk (or milk or water) Mix all the ingredients together into a loose, wet dough. You don’t need to knead very much. Once combined, and a little sticky, cover the dough with a damp towel for an hour at room temp. Split the dough into 4 equal parts (larger if you want a giant bread, smaller if you want smaller pieces), and roll each piece out with a rolling pin till thin and flat. Rip a tiny hole in the center and fry at 350F 175C till golden brown. You can top with jam, taco fixings, a burger, pretty much anything you’d eat with bread. Enjoy!
