As an adult now I see what happened between my parents and I understand it. I see what I couldn’t see when I was a child but now I get it and I stopped judging and just accept it but to shows me what to fix in my life.

I have never hated my parents. I’ve only forgiven them and until recent I see how much I sacrificed my whole life for my family. I was taught to be the protector at a young age. I stepped aside and never held it against anyone but now I see the judgement of my mom and I have over protected her. I am not allowed to ever get upset but my brother can abuse a dude her everyday. I do not hate, but I released the attachment of needing to care for all of them. I’m so tired and I feel relieved
