It will take some time. It is like going through all the different stages of grief. Because you are in fact are grieving, yourself or at least a version of yourself. It will get better but I fear it will never completely disappear. I came back exactly 3 years ago and man if I tell you it was though af but you will get there. Keep close with the people how are genuinely happy that you are back! I wish someone told me this before:)
