This happened to me with a padded coat, I was sent a thin woman’s blouse and the package was tiny. The proof of delivery showed it put through my letter box and how small the parcel was and clearly wasn’t a coat! I raised a dispute and didn’t get my money back, it’s was £20 plus delivery and fees. All vinted said was the parcel matched the tracking. So frustrating!

The one red flag is THE major red flag - especially when they’ve claimed they bought the jacket from Vinted - if that was the case even if the seller before them hadn’t left feedback they’d have got automatic feedback for a successful sale
