My daughter does the circle technique. Works like a charm almost every time. I raised 4 kids and never knew some of these techniques! This is why I love social media for todays parents!

My kid is so hard to burp. We don’t have a technique for her at all. It’s just try everything for a few minutes each time.

My son would put his first two babies on his leg, face towards the knee and bounce them. They both loved it and burped every time.

Keeping this saved in case I need it. So far we’re on week 2 and little dude will burp the second I get him in position. I swear he’s tricking me into giving him a younger sibling.

As an adult who can't burp I sometimes wish someone would do this to me! I find rolling side to side on the floor then lying on my left hand side really helps to let thee gas slowly escape why making weird frog-like sounds. I wish I could burp. Luckily my kids take after their mother and can burp with no issues.

I did some of these with my nephew and he'd always burp and poop. another one is laying them on their belly across your lap and slowly swaying your legs back n fourth

All these have worked for my baby, one that wasn’t shown that I found works well, mainly around 3 months + because they have better control of their head and neck: I sit my baby up on my gut and do the same upper body rotation and side to side movements
