So glad that these stories are being told. We are de-humanising members of the LGBTQ+ community right now and people need to understand just how dangerous it can be, just to live life in your truth. I’m really looking forward to this series. It’s true, a lot of things are scarier out there now and attitudes have changed. Straight people only see what they WANT to see a lot of the time, so if they believe things have changed for LGBTQ+ people, then that’s what they see and believe and they can’t look beyond that. That’s why this series is so important now.

Grateful for this. I’m allied but even as a hettie I feel so out of place at the moment. I hope this is the old skule water cooler moment and people get how scared everyone is, not least aggressors, overt and covert.

I always measure things for a straight person by asking them if a holiday destination was safe for them to go to, because I have to do that for me and my husband!! The world still isn’t safe for us, even at home 😳

Unfortunately, phobes are not going to watch this. I just watched the first episode. It's extremely scary! Target audience is mostly LGBTQ+. If Cis/Hey people watch it, they're already empathetic and allies.
