✨Recipe: Ingredients (12 buns) • 500 g all-purpose flour • 2 egg yolks • 1 egg (+ extra for egg wash) • 160 ml sunflower oil • Pinch of salt Yeast starter: • 250 ml warm milk • 40 g powdered sugar • 42 g fresh yeast Optional: sesame / poppy / caraway seeds, flour for dusting 1️⃣ Mix warm milk + sugar + yeast → let activate. 2️⃣ Mix flour, egg, yolks, oil, salt → add yeast mix → knead ~10 min. 3️⃣ Cover, let rise ~1 hour (warm place). 4️⃣ Divide (~90 g), shape buns, rest 10 min. 5️⃣ Brush with egg, add seeds. 6️⃣ Bake 200°C (180°C fan) ~15 min until golden. ✨ #fyp #bakerytiktok #bake #burgertok #recipes
