I went to my ex's funeral wearing a super flowy, baby pink dress. shortly before he passed, we went shopping and he picked it out for me. he told me he couldn't wait to see me in it at the beach. he never got to see me wear it.

I remember for my mom's funeral (we are Native so color is encouraged) I wore a cheetah print shirt, black ripped jeans, an black converses with pink an green laces. Who cares what u wear as long as ur comfy an supporting the ppl that r important to u. Ur there to mourn, not 1 up everyone.

Someone tried to tell me I was too dressed up for my mom’s funeral. My mom who was always dressed up and with makeup would of told me I should of done my hair and makeup
