I was a broke single mom in college with my now 10 year old. We had the absolute bare bones minimum (splurged on cloth diapers though, still bought most of them used). I hate seeing the huge push to buy thousands of dollars of baby gear that’s always considered an “essential”

I would TOTALLY use the bassinet that I had for my first baby, but I thought my second was my last and I passed it along to my brother and his girlfriend whose baby was the 4th baby to use it. (My first born, my nephew, and my babygirl all laid in that bassinet before my niece) Anyway, im pregnant with my third and have NO baby stuff because I thought I was done 😭

I have everything from my first baby and I’m like thank god I kept ahold of all of this 😭😭 and everything on my registry is everything I wish I had with my first or things specifically for our baby boy since our first was a girl

Is this the bassinet attachment that came with the pack & play? I wanted to get a bassinet that the side comes down on for easier access. (Not have to reach all the way down in the pack n play in the middle of the night) I’ve been wondering if it’s actually safe for a newborn to sleep in the bassinet that comes with some pack n plays
