@_lindseywilley_: I was truly at a standpoint of feeling like I’ve done it all and thinking “what else could I be doing?” I was already watching what I ate (full on keto diet for a whole year, working out 5-6X a week and adding in a weighted vest walk every day consistently. And STILL feeling inflamed, bloated, exhausted and just feeling frustrated that my body wasn’t responding the same way it used to. I knew I needed a change but I knew it wasn’t in the discipline or motivation category. I soon realized my body needed a different level of support in the current season of life I was in. Because what had worked in the past was no longer working.
