Gen Z 1997-2009 grew up without Technology, 2010-2012 did kind of, tech like Smart phones where newish, and being Raised by Baby boomers and early Gen X meant we where taught to go outside, Gen Alpha is growing up in a technology rich Age, while being raised by Late Gen X And early Gen Z, Gen Alpha being raised around so much Technology outweighs anything the Parents try when it comes to get them to go outside.

Gen Alpha is the first generation to be raised entirely online. As on 04 we didn’t get online/social media till about grade 7/8 depending on parents. Meaning as young kids we’d be outside

The first time I got my own phone that was just for me was in 2019 before that we had phones that we had to share and those were mostly for playing games The phone we had for going outside if we needed to call her parents was a flip phone😅 until I was 13 in 2019

Born in 2001 and didn’t get a phone until my 12th birthday in 2013. I also wasn’t allowed to have an ipad until I was 14 because my private high school required one. Grew up outside having to wash the dirt off my face before dinner.
