What started as a trip to the ER for high fevers and anemia quickly turned into every family’s worst nightmare. After countless tests, fear, tears, and uncertainty, my little brother was diagnosed with Leukemia (Pre-B ALL). Watching someone you love so deeply go through something so painful is heartbreaking. Seeing him lose pieces of his childhood to hospital stays, treatments, medications, procedures, and sickness hit our family harder than words could ever explain. No child should ever have to battle cancer. But through every hard day, every setback, and every scary moment, he has continued to fight with so much strength and courage. Even when things were difficult, he still found ways to smile, laugh, and keep going. I truly don’t know how someone so little can be so unbelievably strong. And now look at him. 🧡 Only 4 months away from the end of treatment. I am beyond proud of him. Watching him fight this battle has inspired all of us. He is one of the strongest people I know, and I hope he always realize just how incredible he is. He has shown our family what true bravery looks like.
