I can tell you from experience of my husband working on appliances, you’ll get charged more or declined if your washer and dryer need to be worked on. They are very hard to pull out and get unstacked to work on. There’s a lot of things people do as far as building or remodeling but they need to think about this. Appliances nowadays are lucky to last 5 to 10 years.

When it comes to the sinks in the washrooms, always get the big kitchen ones. The ones they have at restaurants to wash the dishes. So you can hand wash unusual/odd shaped items.

The dumbest design I have seen. Why not rise the washer and dryer a 1 food from the floor and build storage around that?
