its SO irritating because the backrooms is SUPPOSED to be boring. Kane (original creator of the back rooms) set it up to be boring and up to interpretation and liminal and open ended. its not supposed to be like the roblox games and have all the stupid nonsense levels. the backrooms is supposed to be a never ending BACK. As someone with a special interest in The Backrooms as a whole. I found it underwhelming BUT considering its launching the lore into the general public, I think it did very well. On top of that, it's Kanes lore. Backrooms has SO many interpretations that people don't seem to respect that this is ONE version. I'm so glad I went to see it and I can't wait to see more Backrooms movies in the future!
