That’s okay — work on it separately and gradually improve it over time. But in the water, try to reach as far forward as your mobility allows and keep aiming for a better position. Thank you. I used to be decent and swimming and recently started training for a sprint triathlon. My form is off and putting my head in the water has become an issue. Maybe too many times of bronchitis? No idea. I’m stumped.
