Maui have an $1,000 monthy premium as a govt employee making $20k/yr with “great” benefits. My monthly medication is paid out of pocket bc generic is unavailable & name brand isn’t covered. Our local cost of uninsured to see a docto is $200, which I have paid bc our largest county employer’s ins refuses to cover our local medical conglomerate. The 4 of us do not go to a “covered” Dr. 5 times a month to justify me keeping the coverage. The best bonus by dropping insurance is: paying out of pocket patients have doctors who are not limited to what an no -medical doctorate insurance/government agency that tell them how they can/cannot treat me. Bye bye “healthcare insurance fraud” & hello “the purpose of the medical community”.

ohhh man I have a ganglion cyst . aka bible cyst bc they used to hit it with the bible. mine is on my wrist and the worst thing I ever did was let my bd Google it n Google how to get rid of it circa 1860. Frank (my cyst) is still with me in case anyone was wondering 😝😳

if it's on your back don't whack it, I did that to one of mine and it basically made it bigger I had to go into the doctor's office and he had to cut it out I never saw it but supposedly there was pus all over the place.
