Flew Aer Lingus from Dublin to Cleveland yesterday on a Airbus A321. Most uncomfortable transcontinental flight ever. The seats were 3x3 and we were packed in like sardines. I’ll never fly Aer Lingus again.

I flew Aer Lingus for the first time over the holidays from Seattle to Berlin and I really liked it! Not super fancy, but I felt like the value I got for the price was pretty good. I would definitely fly with them again. 🍀

OMG - the seats on Aer Lingus are soooooo cheap and uncomfortable. Just flew them from Dublin to Philly and they left our bags in Dublin for 3 days. 😢😢

Everything is emerald green including staff uniforms. Whew. A little over the top. Service was good. Seats are like a park bench. Overall price was good. But not something I would look forward to in the future

This looks like a travel nightmare to me! I flew economy one time from Houston to Amsterdam and swore I would never do that again and I haven’t. I’ve flown to Europe several times since then.

For flight meals I recommend putting your bread and butter on/next to the hot meal for a bit while you eat your salad and it’ll be at least a little warmer and softer

I flew to Dublin from LA on Aer Lingus. The luggage weight limit is different on return.

I place the bread and butter on the entree for a couple of minutes before I open it. It softens the butter and warms the bread so that’s spreadable and edible LOL

If the seats are anything like Frontier seats it’s a no for me, but if they’re better than that I think I can endure it.

I have flown ORD-DUB-NCL via Aer Lingus a couple of times. Aer Lingus is not that great tbh. On one outbound flight the entertainment system did not work… In general the food is just ok and the cabin crew always seam annoyed. KLM, BA or Virgin are much better.

My hubby and I did Seattle to Dublin, and I felt so bad for him. He's 6' and the economy seats were definitely too small for him. It was so bad we looked into booking business class on the way back, but it was way too expensive.

Do you have a vid of how you booked this? I fly from SFO - Europe pretty often and always pick AF/KLM coz it's easy but want to try other airlines. And yes, AF's breakfast is a hodge podge of baby food and it's diabolical 😫
